Absolute shambles of a company. My wife's account was handed over to them from Netcare. We received the bill and promptly paid it. 2 weeks later they sent a further bill and after some assurance from them, they said that was the last of it and that the account has been settled. They've now sent a 3rd bill! Absolute ****sters!
