<p>***** THEY DO BEST... I wanted to settle my account for planet fitness they emailed me an amount i had to pay i did just that after they send an email saying i can go back to the gym. I explained to them on my email that i want to settle and close my account due to personal reasons. Instead after the payment they send me an email to go back to the gym when i told them i paid to settle and close the account responded by saying i need to pay again. I called them 2016 manager promised to listen to the call and give me feedback and emails i'm still waiting amount has increased way up. </p>
