Settled but not sorted!!

<p>We had an African Bank on which Saya informed us to pay a settlement on. We paid the settlement on 26 May. They did sent us a settlement letter but not from African Bank, this letter was from Saya themselves. </p> <p> </p> <p>They promised to contact African Bank to get a settlement letter from them. We are still waiting. They keep telling us that this account will be sorted out. Butthis does not happen. When we phoned African Bank, they said it is our task to sort thr account out??!! Where does this leave us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need an urgent valid response as well as a confirmation paid up letter from African bank. You requested payment; we made payment! Now we want service!! </p>
