Saya....can't do their jobs

Please never ever make the mistake of signing a contract with these people. After canceling my membership and paying the cancelation fee, I was handed over to Saya for the outstanding cancelation fee. Saya dutifully call and email each week even after proof of payment has been sent. Each time like clockwork i get; "yes mam I can see the payment I will update it on my system straight away." Next week I get the same phone call asking for the same payment followed up by the same statement and then an sms and email threatening my credit record if payment is not received immediately. After painfully trying to reach someone at planet fitness, I was instructed to send copies of my bank statement (in pdf) and proof of payment to an email address and then I must follow up in 15 min to find out if someone has received it. Damn cheeky if you ask me seeing as though I must do their legwork after they messed up. Anyway that was followed up by a phone the next day to say sorry we don't accept bank statements anymore nor sms's and I need to contact my bank to ask for a proof of payment that was done months ago. Quick as lightening to sign you up but damn near impossible to get rid of these lot.
