Saya recoveries stink

After numerous attempts to contact this company fo them to send me an email on discounted amount which they said I qualify for 30% I haven't received it till today.

I then paid the amount which was sent by an sms today.

To my surprise the lady I spoke to today after settling my debt told me that it takes 21 days to send you a settlement letter.

These people seemingly enjoy putting people's libes on hold for no reason. Other companies issue this letter within 5 days.

Where can we report this company. They are just heartless infact I don't owe them I owe cell c. Just disgusted
