Saya recoveries refuse to give me a paid up letter and Clear my ITC

My Mtn account was handed over to saya recoveries and I have paid them in full however they don't want to send me a paid up letter, they just sent me a useless statements with amounts! Their contact center agents are so ***********, it is like they are so confused, can anyone help me, because I'm blacklisted because of this account
