Saya Recoveries Poor Service

I fed up with Saya Recoveries and their consultants for giving me a run around with my airtime calling them to actually sende a paid up letter so that I can get my name cleared but no nothing happened I waited for about 3 hours for them to email me the letter but nothing happens. When I phone them I am put on hold and they end up ending the call. Consultant that was helping me is known as Mpho. This is one poor service ever experienced
