Saya Recoveries harassment without reason

Saya recoveries are desperate for work to the point where they have taken on Ignite Fitness as a client. This company is commonly known for its ********** dealings, with one of the founders already spending time in prison for these type of dealings, yet hiding behind the law where possible exploiting every loophole they can to make money off of unsuspecting victims.

Saya Recoveries have now called me multiple times on behalf of Ignite Fitness telling me I have some outstanding balance for the last few years on my ignite fitness membership. I closed my gym account with them in November 2014, paying up until the end of December 2014 in order to close the account earlier as I never attended the gym once, and my company moved away from the area. They now have "auto resubscribed" me to their pathetic gym.
