Saya recoveries failing to send paid out letter and funds to mtn

I called Saya recoveries so I could be assisted on clearing my debt with mtn after I had paid accordingly for 3 months as agreed on, I asked to be emailed a paid out letter but I never got it. I am currently struggling with getting any purchase on credit because Saya recoveries is not providing proof that I have fully paid the remaining amount of my phone contract. This is disturbing, I honestly don't get why I have to be the one that has to provide a paid out letter to mtn whereas Saya recoveries could easily communicate it to mtn and have my name cleared. I paid accordingly for 3 months, I deserve to have my name cleared easily
