Saya Recoveries is a **** company. They have ur details not from the company who u apparently owe money to, but from ITC list. They have no legal background whatsoever, not one has any legal background and then this company has the smartest manageress who has no law education telling me Carte Blanche was wrong on how debt collectors function. Yet Carte Blanche interviewed an ACTUAL Attorney. Shame, who new that people were wasting their time and money going to university to study law. They must just fone Saya Recoveries ask to talk to that CLEVER Manageress and ask can she train them with the law. Because the more I told her about the term Prescribed she insisted it means nothing. I realised you can speak to ALL those people in every cubicle and they say the same thing because they have been programmed to say nonsense. The more I tell the Clever lady I need an account sent to me and proper details with dates on it and any form of legal documents she tells me they dont have that. Then why are they asking for money when no documentation (proof) is being provided. That is *******. Surely they need to prove u owe any kind of money. We are told daily not to give ANY personal information out to ANYONE via text, whatsapp or telephonic, but they insist. Please people when someone fones u and they NOT from an attorneys law firm and have not introduced themselves as an attorney that has been allocated to deal with said account from said company, then u simply do not have to entertain the NOBODY FROM SAYA. U PUT THE FONE DOWN, THEY CAN DO U NOTHING. Then u block their number. It is only a court of law that will give legal documents allowing the company to receive their funds, but only after you have been summonsed to the court to give your side of the story. Any other way is *******. We have rights people. U are legally allowed to have ur day in court. The companies HAVE to follow DUE PROCESS.
