Saya Recoveries and Planet Fitness

Saya Recoveries contacts me in July 2022 regarding payment of my Planet Fitness debt after I cancelled the contract. I made the arrangements and made the payments from August - November 2022 to settle the account, sent them the POP which was acknowledged by Saya.

Starting about mid January 2023, they start harassing me by sending texts from SAYA recoveries and Landau Attorneys saying that I haven't paid. Latest text was today saying that I should arrange payment to avoid ITC listing.

I am annoyed at this because every time I receive a text I send them an email and get absolutely no response from any representative which is starting to make this feel like a ****.

Do NOT ITC list me for your own incompetence.
