Saya Recoveries AND Netcare 911

I received 2 SMSes from them stating that I owe NETCARE 911 R4821, 79 for services rendered a month ago. I've contacted NETCARE 911 numerous times to request an invoice with no luck. I received the 1st sms a week ago from SAYA, saying settle the outstanding account immediately.The message had a reference nr and Netcare 911's FNB account details. I called the nr and spoke to a black lady who told me that the person responsible for handling my account will email the invoice to me. I received another sms from SAYA a day later.

It's been several days now and I am still waiting for the invoice. Is this company a ****? Because I refuse to pay anything UNLESS I receive the invoice from NETCARE 911.
