Saya recoveries
I joined planet fitness last year and I then changed my mind . They told me I must pay a cancellation fee and also should email them . I emailed them I got no response. I called them still no response. All of a sudden saya started calling me. We negotiated and I agreed to the discount . I was left with less than 500 rands left for this payment to come to a completion but they took more money from me today without notifying me about anything except via text. I found this very unprofessional as when they want my money they know how to call you and email you but when you want to call them they are unavailable. I have not received any statements from them as proof. Therefore id appreciate it if you called me and explain because I will not pay any further without any explanation . It is frustrating and uncalled for.

Kindly note that as per conversation with our Call Centre Agent earlier today, our client Planet Fitness requires a cancellation request from their members to cancel the contract, until a cancellation document is received, will your account will still be billed on a monthly basis.
A statement was forwarded to you via email earlier today as per your request. Please advise if you are willing to accept the offer as discussed telephonically. With regards to the monies deducted from your account it was as per agreement between yourself and our offices on 17 July 2018 for monies to be deducted on the 23rd of every month.
