saya recoveries

I had a contract with planet fitness sterland so my partner decided to stop paying without letting me know last year April. so the account was handed over to saya recoveries they called me we made and arrangement I paid the whole outstanding amount and send them the cancelation letter by December last year 2014 but today I was surprised when I get contacted by juliet from saya telling me that we have to make and arrangement to pay my outstanding payment for R 2.954 which I paid last year. Please help me to sort out this issue
