Rude and unprofessional Saya

<div>Worst experience ever , the staff is rude and no help at all , I'm about to finish paying my two accounts and suddenly I have been getting calls that I have not been paying my instalments, apparently the last payment they received was in February 2022 , after telling them that I've been paying , they ask me to send them prove of my payments so that they can update , but to my surprise a few days later a different rude person calls and I have to go through the same process all over again , now this has been happening since April 2022 , I recently spoke to a lady by the name ***** who said she will make sure my payments are updated as soon as she gets my proof of payments , but to my surprise the following day someone else's call and tells me I have not been paying and when I ask to talk to ***** they tell me she went on leave , then I ask to speak to their Manager who is also called ***** she also tells me she will update then call me back , I'm still waiting for her call to date.</div>
