Rude and Disrespectful Agents

I just received a call from agents that are rude her name is Brunette, she was telling me about an account that is 5 years with you guys , I don't have an account that is 5years with Saya Recoveries and she said I am lying when I told her I didn't receive an SMS of banking details. She then gave Andreas a phone who said to me he doesn't have time to play when I ask him about so called accout that Brunette spoke about. Their attitude towards me is so uncalled for and I don't appreciate it. What kind of business are you guys running or is this some kind of **** I don't know about. How will I be able to pay my accounts or trust if there is such an account if your agents treat us like this.
