Report to Consumer Watch

I have had a dreadful experience with this company. I requested a settlement amount and was told they do no such thing. As a result I have contacted Consumer Watch. Someone needs to shine a light on their practices. I have been unemployed for a while but am now gainfully employed. When I first contacted them in 2017 they were willing to settle a 50% discount, now have the gall to say no settlements are offered. They are bullies and threaten people who are genuinely trying to resolve a problem. Shame on them.
