REMOVE CAPFIN ACCOUNT ON MY CLEARSCORE.

My capfin account was handed over to saya recoveries, I fully paid it. The last payment was on 28th june 2022, but even now it still shows on my credit score with an outstanding balance. I've been asking them to remove it but they giving me tough time. I even asked them to send me my paid up letter they sent it after days with the wrong surname. I asked them to rectify, upto to now they haven't.
