Refund

Was on saya recoveries under planet fitness account,i called for settlement amount spoke to zoleka whom assisted me the acount,she sent me an sms of the discounted setlement and banking details via sms,which i then paid the discounted settlement amount adviced to...only to have my acount still debited thereafter,contacted saya to ask for my refundhe,they hang up my calls,kept transfering me to different people then eventually was told go to the bank get banking statement that showed you paid setlement amount adviced to then send it together with my banking details and my id copy which i did same day ,they acknoknowledged payment and said they will refund me money they deducted after i settled my account,till today have not been refunded whenever i call they hang up on me or they are rude,the last time i called the lady thst answered my call said she would transfer me to the person dealing with my acount and said i should hold then i heard her shout out " yho this one is so...." as i was holding then she said to me ok im transfering u then i asked her before u transfer me what did you mean than im so....im do what? she responded and said u know what im transfering you im trying to help you here hold on...then she hung up the phone on me,i called planet fitness was told saya did not pay them infact they gave them short money still i still owe them and theres nothing they can do on their side i owe them i still need to pay my account...i tried calling saya recoveries again,once i mention my name they hang up the phone on my ear...
