READ YOUR EMAILS SAYA RECOVERIES

My friend paid his doctor bills before it reached any bad debt recovers. The doctor rooms did not capture it. Now, they have sent my friend final demand, however the amount was paid months ago. Now because they did not read their emails, my friend has now been listed under ITC. So unprofessional !!! SHAME ON YOU SAYA RECOVERIES.
