Putrid Behavior!

<p>While on a call with Senior Credit Controller, Jeanett Magose regarding a planet fitness account which I have paid in accordance to the amount I was given by Saya in messages sent to my mobile device; Jeannette refused to allow me a chance to talk, she continued to talk over me and ended up putting the phone down while i was still asking for a chance to speak. PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES CLIENT ETIQUETTE AND IF THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS, THEY SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED TO DO SO. In the first place, the only reason I paid this planet fitness account was because I was repeatedly told that I had owed planet fitness money on a gym contract. However, that contract was not taken by me but an ex boyfriend. Planet Fitness told me that they need my ID number at the time in order to issue me a tag. Beginning of 2013 I received a call from a Planet Fitness Consultant saying I </p> <p>owed money on the account. A week later they called to tell me it had been sorted out. Then end of 2014 i receive a call saying I owe money on this account, after an entire year i got a call. no one contacted me after until I went into Planet Fitness in 2015 to get a new gym contract, this was when Planet fitness again told me my name is on the system, i explained to them and they said they would investigate. 6 months went by and i recieved no calls then suddenly i receive a call from Jeanette telling me my name would be added to the ITC list. I am a Journalist and cannot afford to be put onto ITC which is why i agreed to pay the amount i was given even though no one could explain how the account is mine without my account details provided AND I WAS A SCHOLAR (18) AT THE TIME THAT THE CONTRACT WAS TAKEN. NOW AFTER PAYING SO I WOULD BE LEFT ALONE AND NOT THREATENED TO BE PUT ON ITC, I AM BEING TOLD THAT THERE IS ANOTHER AMOUNT THAT NEEDS TO BE PAID WHICH IS UTTER *******! SAYA RECOVERIES HAVE STAFF WHO HAVE NO MANNERS AND CLIENT ETIQUETTE! MAYBE AN ARTICLE IN THE PAPER ABOUT THEIR INCOMPETANCE WILL TEACH THEM TO CHECK THEIR FACTS FIRSTLY AND ALSO LEARN HOW TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED, I SEE MANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING PLANET FITNESS ACCOUNTS AND SAYA SO CLEARLY THERES SOMETHING WRONG!</p> <p> </p>
