Prescribed Nashua Mobile Account being Claimed

<p>I had a Nashua Mobile account years ago and gave notice in 2008 to close it at the Midrand branch. They lost the paperwork and didnt capture it. Not my problem .. . The account was closed with a R0 balance and now it has escalated due to incompetence for not capturing it. It was closed but also has however prescribed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I today get an sms and email stating that I owe over R4000. I called Saya Recoveries and informed them that its ******* as per the National Credit Act, amendment March 2015 to try and claim prescribed debt. They can't even tell me when the last payment date was which is a legit request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am fed up and will be escalating to the National Credit Regulator and Debt Council as its ******* to try claim prescibed debt. Will see how long it takes before someone else tries to claim the same amount.</p>
