Prescribed letter(MTN)

I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which my matter has been handled. For over a month, I have been transferred from one consultant to another without any resolution. Despite repeatedly asking to speak to a supervisor, I have not received the necessary assistance.

I was eventually assisted by Paballo Modise, who confirmed that MTN does indeed have my account and that it is prescribed. All I am requesting at this stage is the official prescribed letter.

I kindly urge you to treat this matter as urgent and provide me with the letter without further delay. The continuous poor service, unanswered calls, and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
