Predatory and Underhanded Tactics Employed.

Saya Recoveries phoned me with the news that one of my accounts has been handed over (which is also incorrect). While trying to sort it out, the call dropped. For the last 120 minutes I have tried in vain to get a hold of them. First the person handling my case keeps being unavailable. Then I am transferred from department to department. Then my calls are dropped. Asking for a manager is flatly ignored or being put on indefinite hold. The company seems to deliberately withhold me from the opportunity to rectify the matter
