Poor service

My Home Choice account got handed over to Saya Recoveries. The called me countless times and I decided to make means to pay when they offered me 40% discount on the debt. I payed 60% with the agreement that I am settling the debt . It’s been 21 days without a paid up letter and when I go to Home choice directly they say I owe them 2k I am unhappy because they don’t even answer my calls anymore
