POOR AND MALADMINISTRATION BY SAYA RECOVERIES .

My Telkom account was handed over to saya recoveries, previous month I settled my outstanding amount. this whole week I've been getting messages from them regarding the amount I paid a month ago, I contacted them they told me there's an amount of R0,96 that is still outstanding, yesterday I made the payment ,today I made a follow up call , they told me to send a proof of payment which I did ,I called them after some hours later and they confirmed that it has reflected on their system and all of a sudden the agent which I have his names told me there's an outstanding amount of R3 ,200 that I must still pay in order to get my name cleared and receive a paid up letter and I called Telkom they didn't know anything about that R3,200 ,only that 94 cents I paid was due which has not reflected on their system for them to process the paid up letter and clear my profile . it is quite clear that #SayaRecoveries doesn't help but rather take advantage of their clients to further exploit them financially, I need further assistance regarding the matter, I'm also in a process to involve a legal representative.
