Planet Fitness Messup

I app**** for a Planet Fitness account 5 or 6 years ago, cant remember when. I did not have my banking details at the time and the Planet Fitness consultant said he will wait foe me to get back to him before he processes the application. I could not get hold of him and just forgot about it. Planet Fitness contacted a few years ago and explained to them what had happened and they agreed it was a issue on their end. I now (6 years later) get a later from Saya (at 9:22pm) saying I have been handed over and I owe R20175.01. Where does this come from? Why are they harassing me so late at night. This is so disturbing. Planet Fitness has gone way over the line here with this. I request that Saya speak with Planet fitness and request my contract. Saya will see my banking details are not filled in, why?. It is because the consultant assured me he will not process the application until I give my banking details. DO not harass me with this again.
