Planet Fitness debt collection
<p>So Saya Recoveries contacts me in November 2016 regarding payment of my Planet Fitness debt after I cancelled the contract. I made the arrangements and made the payment towards the end of November, sent them the POP which was acknowledged by Saya. </p> <p>Starting about mid December, they start harassing me by sending texts saying that i haven't paid. Latest text was today saying that I should arange payment to avoid ITC listing. </p> <p>I am annoyed at this because everytime I receive a text I send them an email and get absolutely no response from any representative which is starting to make this feel like a ****.</p> <p>Do NOT ITC list me for your own incompetence. </p>

We have responded to your email communication on the 17th of January 2017. We are in receipt of your payment and the monies have been paid over to our client, Planet Fitness. There is a process that needs to take place to action the discount offered. We have followed up with our client to ensure that the necessary action is taken to close your membership.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving additional communication from our side and you will not be listed by Saya Recoveries.
