PLanet Fitness Contract

Good Day,<br> <br> Beverley at Saya recoveries have been handling my account. I had an arrangement with Planet Fitness Gym to pay monies directly into their account. After Beverley phoned me and threathened to have me blacklisted i paid monies into Saya's account again. I emailed her all the payments made to Planet Fitness directly in order to have this removed from my account. I have not spoken to her since. I sent her an email the other day asking what the balance is after I have requested it previously but to no avail. I have not recieved a phonecall or email. They are quick to phone when they want the money but as soon as we need information on our account thety are silent. If i miss a payment I get an sms that further action will be taken. I have sent a letter of cancellatio0n to Beverley as well as and she assured me that she will cancel this contract for me. I have not recieved any feedbakc whatsoever. I would like this matter attended to immediately as I believe I dont owe any more monies. Thank you.
