Payment Arrangement

Hi. I have a credit card account from African Bank that's been handled by your business,I have an arrangement in place to pay R150p.m as from 25/04/2018 and the balance been R462.82.I was advised to pay into your FNB Acc: ********** 5075,B/Code:253305 and the reference number for the arrangement is ********** 10 and I was assisted by Beverly. My grievance is African Bank has debited my bank account with a total of R425,this deduction will not enable me to honour this arrangement and bring difficulties in meeting my monthly expenses as I don't earn a large salary and have a family to support.
