Pathetic Client Service

<div>What an unpleasant experience I've had with Saya Recoveries company. I have been calling them since May 2021 requesting a refund for my overpaid account, they've been sending me from pealer to post. The paid up letter was issued in January already. No effort from them to update me about the status of the refund. I have reached a point where I am fed up with them, but I can't let my hard earned money vanish just like that. Whenever I called this ***** guy he always promised to revert back to me since 2021, I am still waiting; then this year I am dealing with a different person and he is telling the same revert back to me story. Yhoooo I just can't take this anymore. The amount of time and money I have spent trying to get this refund hay khona this is too much. No one is telling me what exactly is going on, it's a story after the other, finance this, management that.. Argh no maan</div>
