Paid Up letter not received.

I received a call from Themba Radebe one of the collection agents whom advised that one I pay my account that has been handed over I will receive a paid up letter within 21 days and my credit profile will be updated, it has been about 3 months now and no feedback none whatsoever. I am really disappointed with your services. My money just went to waste.
