Paid up. Letter

I had to pay my account through them I paid all the required amount on the 19 January 2026 they promised that I'll receive it after 21 days but there was nothing. I called again on the 30th of January one of the consultant wanted my numbers so that they can get to me until today she never called and they don't take my calls.
