PAID UP LETTER

I have the worst experience ever with SAYA Recoveries. My MTN Account was handed over to SAYA Recevories. I called them to ask for the balance, they kept saying that my account is paid up since July they have been saying the same thing, saying that I have to ask for the letter from MTN. MTN says I must get it from SAYA.I don't know what to do because no one wants to help me. I cant open accounts or apply for financial positions because of that misunderstanding.
