Paid up letter

Good morning fellow citizens I’m writing with a hope maybe someone can read this and be of assistance MTN handed my account to Saya recovery I paid them 29000 in March and in June they said there’s 2900 outs ding I paid it I’ve been calling since requesting a paid up letter until today they said the person to assist me is Mondli Zebula I can’t get hold of him I also spoke to Sibusiso still waiting,I also communicated with MTN legal department spoken to Katlego Mazibuko even sent POP till today nothing I’m stuck can’t get credit my children are suffering 😭😭
