Owing on something i dont even know i have!!!

Saya Recoveries stalks a person and cannot even respond to an email and give correct informartion! I was told that i am owing on my standard bank account. I dont even have a standard bank account. But even if i had a standard bank account, its a bank account! How can you be handed over for having a bank account? I do not understand this. Everyday i ask them what is happening as its my name that is affected negatively, yet i do not get any sort of repsponse from them. And another thing, they send out statements of a "bank account" i am owing on, they state that they send emails, make calls, send sms's and they charge for every little thing, yet this is the first email i am getting from them in a long long time.

This is really unprofessional and i really think they are bored or do not have work to do so they stalk people for no reason.
