No service after payment made

<p>I was hounded by Saya recoveries to make a payment on a planet fitness account that had been handed over. I was promised ,by Jeanette, that i would receive a paid up letter within 21 days of settling my account. That was done in early March and have still not heard anything from them. I contacted Jeanette about 2/3 weeks ago and was then told she would get back to me about the letters and that she had to find out if Planet Fitness received their payment and again i heard nothing. Today i phoned again and she was not at work. I understand that all of us need to have a break and go on leave or whatever the case is, but find it unacceptable that i have to be the one that has to keep calling in after being promised that they would get back to me. </p>
