My MTN account has been handed over to Saya, I've been making payments for the past three months and on my credit profile it shows that I have not make any payments. Without success I've been contacting the agency to ask for a statement, no feedback or anything. Is not within my rights to receive a statement? I only ask for a simple thing, STATEMENT

09 Jan 2025, 13:55Complaint made 17 December today it's the 9th January 2025 and still have not been assisted. I asked for a simple statement, I've been making payments for 4 consecutive months and I don't know my balance or how much is left so that I settle the account.
