MTN Account with Saya Recoveries

Saya Recoveries is a bunch of ****mers !!! I have an MTN account I was handed over apparently. I’ve been paying to Saya recoveries but my balance is just not decreasing. I called them to enquire I was told that they add fees for calls and email sent baring in mind they never send emails they just take my money each month. They don’t send statements and their staff is so pathetic they have no call etiquette and treat us that’s supposed to be their customers like **** I’m not happy I’m taking legal action because this is day light *******
