I asked why my credit report doesn't show that I have been paying since February 2025 my Finchoice account which is being collected by the said company, the answer I got from the person who answered call was that they give credit bureaus payment information after 3 debit orders. I went on Google and find out that the debt collector is obligated to give payment information within days of receiving the payment. The lady would not listen when I asked why the payment from February 2025 still don't show that I'm paying. Please helopeter advise me on this matter.
