*****ING MONEY

If less that 1 star was an option, I'd choose 0 stars!! This is the worst debt collecting company I ever had to deal with, Well I can't really say deal because there is no one answering calls. I received two sms's stating I owe R64.40 for an appointment I had the 8th of March 2024 at Medicross Dental Potchefstroom. I know about this amount because my medical aid doesn't pay for the instruments sterilization fee. This is a fee that I paid the day of consultation, I have proof of payment and everything. Now, I phoned Medicross Dental Potchefstroom and I ask what is this outstanding amount for and they say there is no outstanding amount on your account, all is paid in full. Of course we need to contact SAYA RECOVERIES because someone isn't doing their job right, not even the medical company that uses them for debt collecting can get hold of them. I am still waiting for anyone to contact me regarding an outstanding payment THAT DOES NOT EXSIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please don't use these people.
