INCONSISTENCIES WITHIN AND WITH PLANET FITNESS

Dear Planet Fitness
Due to huge Financial constraints and personal reasons, I am unable to fullfill my obligation to pay the gym monthly fees. Paying this will set me further into debt and I am strained money wise. Please cancel this membership with immediate effect. I have not attended the gym for a while, so PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY.
DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ANY FURTHER.

I will continue to follow up until I know this has been put to bed. Like I said below at no stage was I offered a settlement and anything that occurs I prefer in writing. Since my email from June 21, not a squeeck from any live person at the Gym or yourself. This is the kind of treatment I have received from day one. I did not agree to a settlement amount, I cancelled September 2016, at no stage did anyone communicate via email, and the law at my place of work. NO PERSONAL CALLS. No calls were received on a Friday afternoon or Saturday.
Kindly Planet Fitness take responsibility for your shortfalls and *********** staff.
