I’m backlisted but I don’t owe them

I was last year admitted to millparck hospital on February and discharged May,when discharged I was owing the hospital R806.49,I only managed to pay it on December the 19 and it reflected to them on the 22 of December 2024,so this year I app**** for a loan I was declined and told that I’m blacklisted,due to I failed to pay the hospital the money I was owing ,I called them I send proof of payment ,the lady who was assume Caroline she only apologised and said it is showing that it was paid and she gave me the number to call and said they will assist me to un-blacklist my name ,I called the number is not working it’s when I called millparck directly they say I must call SAYA recoveries it’s their fault they should hv updated ,mr mashongwane ,I called no respond ,and I’m blacklisted I can’t do anything,they have blocked my way but now they can’t assist
