I want my paid up letter

I've recently paid up my finchoice account with them at the end of August after they've sent me the settlement letter and they promised to send me the paid up letter after 21 days today when I whatsapp them regarding the paid up letter they not responding to my texts nor emils ********- I want my paid up letter and my name to be cleared on the finchoice account

After writing the review about the Saya Recoveries I got a call from one of the supervisors of Saya by the name of Themba with great attitude and my paid up letter was emailed to me right away.. Thank you Themba
