Harassment for monies paid

I was asked to pay a settlement cancellation fee of R854 where R711 was to be allocated to Planet Fitness and R142 to Saya Recoveries on 7/12/2016. I paid and sent a proof of payment on 20/12/2016. It is now August of 2017 and I am being harassed by Saya Recoveries. I was assisted by a Sanele Simela, everytime we speak I send him a proof of payment and soon after I will get emails from Saya Recoveries. I went to the office in Roodepoort and spoke to Annelise, she said she didn't understand why I hadn't been cleared and said she would call me once she had contacted head office. Still nothing.
