Harassment

Hi,

For the last 4 years, you have emailed me asking for collection on a Planet Fitness contract I paid upfront for and informed them not to renew it once it expired due to me leaving the country - which I've told you and mentioned that Planet Fitness themselves have called me several times to rejoin (funny, apparently I owe them money but they want me to rejoin? Use some logic SAYA!)

Not once has anyone bothered calling me, emailing me back nor has any of the emails been attached with a legal statement and documentation - which is a legal requirement for you to send in the event of collecting.

I have just emailed you again, stating that if this continues, I will be bringing this up the CFDC and involving my attorney to take legal action.
