**** Guidelines

"Saya recoveries" . This is a message to the good people of South Africa. Do not fear, if you feel that you are being ****med then most likely you are. Remember these rules:

1. You have rights and the right to know everything, so ask questions!

2. Ask for proof on whatever they are insisting that you must pay, like an invoice from thee supplier or provider etc.. It Cannot be an invoice from Saya.

3. If they say they act on behalf or represent their client (in this case your provider or supplier) , then they must provide a proof of statement signed and stamped between them and their client.

4. If you do think you have a debt unpaid from your supplier or provider then check with them directly and settle with them directly. But by all means avoid debt collectors completely, they are bullies and they will take advantage of you.
