FRUSTRATED

For the past +-5 years I have been harassed by Saya Recoveries for the planet fitness contract I had and cancelled when I first communicated with them in September 2016, I did everything I was told to in order to cancel my contract with planet fitness I was given an amount and account number to pay and was told to write an email stating that im terminating the contract after the payment and I did just that. I communicated with Sibongile Dube a Senior Credit Controller there in September 2016 who in writing said my contract was in the process of being cancelled. Its 5 years later now and I'm constantly getting calls about a debt i have with planet fitness and I'm puzzled how this possible is. Someone did not do their job properly and it's not really fair for me to take fall for it. Can Saya Recoveries not drag my name in the mud for something they did not do right
