Frustated

I am extremely frustrated with this debt collection company. I settled my outstanding debt with MTN, even paying a bit extra. They sent me a paid-up letter and assured me they would communicate with MTN. Now, over 40 days later, they tell me it was my responsibility to submit the letter to MTN. This is despite the fact that I’ve been emailing both SAYA and MTN since receiving the letter, with no response from either. It’s appalling how they’re handling this—playing with people’s financial well-being is unacceptable.
