***** account on my name

Good day, this morning i was contacted by the rude call centre agent her name is Katlego mataboge, she phoned me to inform me that my nashua mobile account has been handed over to them and she wants to know when i will pay. To my shock i have never opened a Nashu mobile account in my life, the only thing i bought with cash at Nashua store was a Hauwei Modem at r500 for prepaid simcard. I expalined to her that it is ***** and wanted to know when was the account opened, where are the application forms with my signature as proof that i opened the account and also copy of my ID. she was very rude and speaking in Zulu in a very disrespectful manner. i requested to speak to a Manager and she brought the supervisor on the line by the name Jason. The supervisor failed to provide me with informatio about the account , he said there is not information on the system , no statement. i asked why there is not information, he said SAYA Recoveries bought the account inorder to recover the debt however he doesn have the account file. I would like for someone to look at this matter. I do not have a Nashua account, this is fruad in my name and i need this to be sorted asap. Thank you
